Outstanding customer service from Adrian (A REALLY NICE PERSON) who greeted us at the reception and ensured throughout our stay that we were comfortable and our needs were met. Housekeeping staff was additionally excellent, ensuring that we had the essentials in our room.

The hotel employees were so pleasant and respectful. The room was sparkly clean and quiet. We asked for a non smoking room and did receive one, complete with a sign to state that it was non-smoking. Upon check in we were asked which floor we’d prefer and due to no elevator chose first floor. There was no noise from the floor above like in many hotels.
